Dear guest, First we would like to thank you for writing a comment about us on TripAdvisor. We are really dissapointed that you found so many things to complain and negatively comment about. Usually we make our best to serve all our guests. It would be better for you if you had mentioned all the dislikes you had during your stay; it would be possible to make something in order to satisfy you. For example the English channels; we do have two UK channels but maybe your tv was deprogrammed from previous guests. That was a problem we could have solve in minutes if we were informed about it. And your room view; the first room you were given was with sea view, the only room that has that luxury. You chose to refuse it and move to another but if you wanted to see a third one it would be also possible.We wanna thank you though for mentionning how helpful our staff is and we are glad that you at least enjoyed some traditionnal dishes such as greek salad, feta cheese, tzatziki. We hope to have you back in the future and change your mind to the better.
