We are also happy that you enjoyed our deluxe hot continental breakfast complete with freshly made oatmeal and plenty of toppings to choose from. While you did enjoy your overall visit with us, we are disappointed to know that the towels in your guest room appeared to be worn. I assure you that I have already shared your comments with our Housekeeping Manager and all Housekeepers have been reminded that anything worn should be removed from our inventory. Hi. I’m trying to get an email address for the hotel, can anyone help? Basically I’ve muddled up my plans for my upcoming stay in SF. I want to stay here (easy from airport and BART to SF) but my flight lands at 5am so would like early check-in if possible. Am leaving the next day at 10pm so want to try and have a snooze when we land to see as much of SF as possible during our short stay. I am MR Platinum Elite so hopefully that may help with early checkin 🤞

Our room window did but only a short distance. We only overnighted from Australia and it was a great hotel with return airport shuttle service and included continental breakfast.
