Worst venue I've ever been to. I'll never go to a five finger death punch concert again after the horrible time I had at alerus center.

I was not able to attend due to COVID19. I left messages multiple times and never received one phone call back. I also left messages on their Facebook I never received a response. This is very poor customer service!

We attended this venue for a robotics competition and were generally impressed with its cleanliness, location and how the spectators were very close to the game field. Because it is such a large area the acoustics were not the best. Concessions were moderately priced and overall the workers were very friendly!

I attended the Kiss/David Lee Roth concert at the Alerus Center on February 22, 2020. This was the 1st time attending an event there (we are from Winnipeg) and I was very impressed with the venue. The entry and security entrance was very well organized and very fast. We had floor seats which were clearly marked.
The sound was excellent as well as the light show and the confetti which fell from the ceiling not once but 3 times as well as the large Kiss balloons was very awesome!
We will definitely be back to the Alerus Centre for other concerts!

We went to see KISS at this location. Got there 45 minutes early to get a T-shirt and due to any type of management of people or staff, did not get to see the opening act David Lee Roth at all. This place is a joke. We go to 80+ concerts a year at different venues in different states. This is by far the worst venue EVER. I looked at their reviews after the show to see if it was a 1-off night for them....NOPE. Several reviews were about the same issues we had. I do not recommend them and I will never go to an event there again.

KISS Kicked Ars! Their “End of the Road World Tour” concert was fantastic! David Lee Roth was a fun way to begin the night as he brought a bit of Van Halen back to life. KISS Rocked Hard, and they Rocked Loud! They brought an Excellent Light Show! They brought Heat & Fire! They had confetti canons that blasted a ton of confetti into the air for the final song... “Rock n’ Roll All Night!” Being this is their final tour, I’m glad that the Alerus Center was able to host this Iconic Hall of Fame Rock n’ Roll Band! For guys in their late 60’ and early 70’s, they brought the sound that KISS fans all know and love! Merci Beaucoup!

The Alerus center is a great facility to host the Pride of Dakota. There was ample room for all the vendors and plenty of room between the aisles to allow visitors to browse the vendor tables and not feel pressured to move on.

When Metallica cut loose on the bass.... BOOM! It shook the entire place! You could feel it shake you to the center of your bones! Impressive! The Alerus Center isn't fancy, but it it provides nicely for UND Football, concerts, conventions, wedding receptions, shows, other sporting events, etc. The Alerus Center is conveniently connected to the remarklable CanadInn Hotel, and is very accessible from Interstate 29.

This facility is amazing! Everything looks beautiful, clean and new. The place was packed for a football game and the atmosphere was great!

Attended the Metallica concert at Alerus and it was our first time at the venue. Check in through security was quick and smooth. We had great seats in row B. Lines for mercy were long but that’s completely normal at any venue. I did notice that the lines for concessions were insane so we didn’t bother. Water fountains were available. No lines in the ladies room before or during the concert. We walked from the hotel and glad we did because getting out looked crazy. Police were on site directing traffic but the Main Street out was blocked by an accident and traffic had to be rerouted.
