I am interested in purchasing a 4 day, 1 park per day, pass. Is it possible to make just 1 of my 4 days a park-to-park, hopper, ticket so that I can do both HP parks in 1 day? I do not wish to purchase the park-to-park ticket for all 4 days if this is only way to do both HP parks in a single day. Thanks for your advise and help in advance!

So, we have always stayed at one of the on-site resorts because we've having the express pass. We re planning on going 2/27 to 3/1. Do we need the express pass? Will it save us any money to stay off-site hotel and buy the express pass separately? We are only there a few days so want to make the most of it. Any advice is helpful!

If I buy a 5-day single park admission, which says I can go to one theme park per day. BUT - Can I use up two of the tickets on the same day? Meaning, redeem 1 ticket at Universal in the morning, then walk over to Islands of Adventure and redeem another 1-day ticket for the remainder of the same day? I know I cannot ride the Hogwarts Express, but want to be able to visit both parks, and have extra 1-park tickets to spare.

We are hoping to plan a trip in the beginning of March for my son's birthday. Previously we have stayed at a premium hotel for the express passes but we're hoping to save some money this time around. We are wondering if, per your experiences, if the Express Passes are worth it during the pandemic due to the limited number of people in the parks. It's roughly a $1000 difference to stay at a hotel that offers express pass versus one that does not. We are trying to decide between Endless Summer or Royal Pacific. Last time my family was there we arrived early so we could be at the Harry Potter area when it opened and it took so long to get into the main area of the park (there had to be hundreds of people who were staying off site) that the early admission to the Harry Potter area was basically useless.
