Our party of 4 traveled between Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Port of Miami. Our vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Our driver, Patricia, provided excellent service. She was timely with her arrival and maintained communication with us. She even pointed out a few landmarks along our route. We cruise from Miami often and plan to use their service again.

We stay on The Betsy hotel in Southbeach Miami only for 2 nights, but had great times.
Room was clean and has everything you need and more. Fritzner from front desk was very helpful.

We had 10 people in our party, we came off of NCL in a panic hours later than we should, our other shuttle was 1 hour away in traffic because of that crash in the canal. I found Sandra in the mass ciaos of almost 4k people and cars trying to find rides. She took total control and led my family to a 14 passenger Shuttle that was able to fit all of our luggage and people.
We got out of the disaster of the moment..
They were reasonable and friendly.
That night, I booked with Sandra again.... to get our family to the airport since our flight was missed and changed to the next day.
The drive was actually 15 minutes EARLY... was the most friendly person. Waiting for all my sleeping children to wake up---- Got us safely to the airport.
Thank you so much...

I reserved this service through Viator as a travel agent. For service from a downtown Miami hotel to the cruise port. I received a call from the person who was supposed to be our driver. He suggested a pickup time, but to text if we wanted to change. I texted on Tuesday to ask to be picked up at 10:30, and was told that was fine.
We waited for 30 minutes after texting multiple times to make sure they were coming to get us and each time being told another 10-15 minutes. I finally called the main number who told me the pick up time never got changed and it would be another 20 minute. When I tried to respond the woman on the phone hung up on me.
My brother then called and she hung up on him.

We would not recommend. Poor communication regarding what vehicle to look for or name or driver. Called three times for information. Had to walk to different location for pick up. Slow pick up time.

My travel agent booked this reservation for me after an unexpected flight delay.
With a quick turn around to get from FLL to port of Miami, my driver Patricia was there waiting for me and my bags the moment I stepped out of the door of the airport.
She had me to the port quickly and safely and helped me make my cruise on time after a stressful day of travel.
Patricia had such a calming and professional demeanor and was the exact person I needed to save the day.
Couldn’t thank her and this service enough for showing up just when I needed it.

Très bonne prise et charge et transfert rapide.
Patricia, notre chauffeur, à été très patiente (2h pour le passage immigration !), un très bon accueil pour l arrivée à Miami.

I was scheduled to fly to ft lauderdale from new york to make a cruise. I scheduled my flights to come in the day before. After many delays due to cancellations and changes in December I finally arrived at the airport about 8 hours late. I picked up my luggage and had to walk two blocks on the ground floor outside (no porters were around) to a signed location for the marriott shuttle. AFter waiting for a while I called the hotel and they connected me to the driver. He told me it was too crowded to pick up at that location and to go back to the main bulding on the third floor and I would be picked up at a door there. It took a while for me to pull my three pieces back the two blocks and then an elevator up to the third floor. But he was waiting by the door in the bus by the time I got there.
If a person was a bit weaker I would not suggest this and I think it is almost easier, to get a cab and paid the price to get to the hotel.
The hotel did charge a fee going back to the airport for a shuttle bus.

They were late coming…so definitely tell them you have your bags before you actually have them. However, the driver was AWESOME! We had accidentally left an item in the car and the driver turned around and returned back to the airport….ran it into the terminal and found us! What service. The only reason I give four stars…is due to their tardiness…it’s not the driver’s fault….the company doesn’t send them earlier enough.

Money for flight should be refunded. And woman in Orlando and ticket counter should be reprimanded at the absolute least.

I'm sorry to hear that you missed your flight and were stranded however were not the correct company that you should file the complaint to. we're a shuttle transportation service based out of Miami we don't usually go to Orlando.
Viator customer service would be able to assist you better, could you please remove the negative review?
