My daughter and I did The Heist room. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left everyone we interacted with was personable, helpful, and fun! The room was tough and as people who do a lot of rooms, had some exciting challenges.

Highly recommend the escape experience! Each one is a different experience but the playground was so much fun. We were given the extra minutes we needed to escape so that was a plus!!!!! We were paired with another couple which was so much fun.

Super fun and well thought out escape room. Both my 10yr old and my 14 yr old had equal amount of fun. Will definitely come back.

This was an awesome experience! Jordan was an amazing guide and my son and I had a great time! We managed to escape with 7 minutes to spare!

We did 3 rooms in these 2 days.
Every time we entered the shop, the shop staff (receptionists) welcomed us with the positive smile, which makes us excited already.
They know the best game for us always based on our experience.
Once we go into each room, it’s another world! Each room is well decorated so that we can feel as if we were in another world.
Another thing that I like very much is that each room can be enjoyed even if you are not good at English, we totally enjoyed as foreigners (average Japanese) without any language troubles.
Then the quizzes! They are awesome!!
When we finished the 1st room (Play Ground) which we could not escape, we already knew we would come back soon!
Then we made the reservations for the next room for the following day.
2nd room (Gold Rush) was also awesome! We did escape the room, we used a lot of hints though.
We had 5 members in the team which means we had 2more than the previous day and we had more power and brains!
We were so happy that we ran into the 3rd room (HEIST). The story and the room decoration is beautifully made. I like this one the best.
Throughout all those 3 rooms, the tour guides watched us and listened to us closely enough to provide us the appropriate additional information.
Lastly, I can not avoid to tell that the shop staff’s prompt first aid. One of my team mates fell down on the way coming to the shop and arrived with bloody face!!! The receptionists brought the first aid kit, and helped us a lot! Thanks so much. His injury was not so heavy and he could enjoy the escape room game after that.
In total, I really recommend all the viewers of this post visit this shop, see talk with the receptionists and go into “another world”.

We escaped the classified room. There were 4 of us, and it was crowded; I wouldn’t have wanted the additional 3 people in the room. We got only one hint. Having escape room experience was useful to get out of this low-tech room.

This was our first visit, but went with others who were "experienced" We had a great time, challenging but not frustrating. Staff was excellent.

We did both gold rush and prison break rooms. We loved them both! They are challenging. Staff was really nice. Kristin was our game master and she was phenomenal. We loved having her.

We love escape rooms, and this company never disappoints. We were able to do the prequel to Special Ops,called Classified. Our game master Daniel was so wonderful! Apologies if name is misspelled. We took advantage of the 20% off the next room, and did Playground the next night. This was such a special room, so much fun for a large group! We did it with 5. Lobby was nice and cool, which is so helpful when you come in from the hot Austin weather.
My game experience is always improved when the staff loves room escapes, and these people really did! Thanks so much!

Amazing escape room experience! My husband and I have have done around 25 escape rooms and we were so impressed with their rooms at this Escape Game location. We did 2 rooms here (Classified & The Heist) and both were well-themed with clever puzzles. Kristen was our Game Host for both games and she was so welcoming, fun, and has awesome energy! We highly recommend this escape room location for everyone!

There are not any inappropriate themes or content in the games, however the puzzles themselves would likely be too complex for younger participants.
What's the best room for a first timer?

I think whether you get out or not is equally fun, so I'd say go with whatever is most appealing to you. However if you really want to get out, I would start with one of the easier ones and work your way up in difficulty level.

Not at all - it's a small room to start in but they leave the door unlocked so you can leave any time you need to - I get panicky when I think I can't get out of a space so I asked that right away & tried the door right away as well 😊
