חווית שירות מהגרועות שנתקלתי בהן.
רכשנו מפיץ ריח במעל ל-200₪ ופתחנו אותו. כעבור שבוע הרגשנו שהוא לא עובד בכלל סגרנו אותו ויצרנו קשר עם שירות לקוחות (הבקבוק היה מלא לחלוטין) הם התעקשו שאין סיכוי שיש תקלה במוצר. לאחר שהתעקשנו אמרו שניתן לשלוח את המוצר לבדיקה אצלם במעבדה. למרות שהיה ברור מרוח השיחה כבר מה תהיה תוצאת "הבדיקה" היינו מוכנים לנסות כי לא הותירו ברירה אחרת. נסענו לסניף מרוחק מביתנו במיוחד כדי לשלוח את המוצר לבדיקה ולבסוף הודיעו לנו שהמוצר תקין (צפוי כמובן) ואפשר לבוא לאסוף. בגלל שנותרנו מאוד לא מרוצים כי כמובן אין לנו עניין במוצר שלא עובד - ביקשנו פיצוי או אפילו להחליף לכל מוצר אחר בחנות שלהם, לא הסכימו. השיא היה שאחרי שכבר התייאשנו ובאנו לאסוף את המוצר נאמר לנו שהוא נאסף כבר ממזמן (דבר שפשוט לא קרה!!!) אז בסוף שילמנו, סבלנו עוגמת נפש וגם אין לנו אפילו מוצר!
אז פשוט ממליץ לכם להתרחק.
התנהלות מאוד מאכזבת בשביל רשת שאמורה להיות בוטיק ויוקרתית..

לכל הקורים ולכל המתלבטים בתור חובב בשמים במשך שנים,
ללא ספק הבשמים הכי טובים והכי משפיעים.
לא היה בושם אחד שקניתי והסביבה לא שאלה מה זה.
בשמים עם ריחות ללא ספק ייחודיים.
הבשמים מחזיקים על הגוף למשך יום שלם ואפילו יותר (עד המקלחת :-). )
ללא ספק הבשמים הכי טובים והכי משפיעים.
לא היה בושם אחד שקניתי והסביבה לא שאלה מה זה.
בשמים עם ריחות ללא ספק ייחודיים.
הבשמים מחזיקים על הגוף למשך יום שלם ואפילו יותר (עד המקלחת :-). )

בשש השנים האחרונות אני קונה את המוצרים ולאחרונה אני נתקלת פעם אחר פעם בתקלות.
ייתכן כי החברה יתמסחרה והכסף יותר חשוב מאיכות המוצר.
לאחר פחות משנה שאני מחזיקה את את בקבוק הבושם רוזמרי התחיל להיות לו ריח של תבלינים, כלומר, התקלקל.
פניתי לשירות לקוחות והם השיבו כי המוצר לאחר כשנה פג תוקף. אם הדבר נכון יש לך אחריות ליידע על כך את הלקוחות, אותי בשש שנים שאני קונה לא יידעתם על כך.
בנוסף, קניתי שוב את הבושם והוא לאחר כחצי שעה התנדף מהגוף, כאשר פניתי אליכם אמרתם שזה לא הגיוני, ולא לקחתם אחריות, תלונה שעוד חברה הביעה.
חבל מאוד זו הייתה חברה טובה.

Terrible staff!
Very unpleasant experience with the staff. Snobbery and rudeness on their part.
I went to their store today (on Harav Reinse street) and left there in a bad mood for the whole day. I visited this store for the first time, I’ve been familiar with the brand’s products for quite a long time, but I wanted to pick up a new scent. The consultant asked if I needed help, I politely refused, because I wanted to choose something to suit my taste, plus she was serving other people at the same time. I’m just picking it up when she flies up to me again and in a very rude tone says that I shouldn’t spray perfume on the goods, although I tried to spray only on a special piece of paper. By the way, there is very little space there. Then the consultant said that she was trying not to be rude to me, but they weren’t supposed to let clients touch anything themselves. Although there is not a single inscription about this! Okay, I asked her to help me, there was zero help and she was still serving others, the second consultant was just standing idle. After all, these snobs also decided to laugh at me, they say, just smell the coffee, but we know that you are some kind of hillbilly and don’t understand what this is for. I think now you won’t be surprised by smelling coffee to cleanse your palette. I don’t know what the reason for this behavior is, I wasn’t rude to them or anything like that, I’m just afraid to talk to people. I was not satisfied with the experience of going to this store.

Even though I love the products this company makes, I have been in full shock after the very unpleasant situation took place at one of their stores at Ramat ha Sharon. I've been wrongly charged by cashier with my card on a very big amount as we tried few times and this lady told me the card didn't go through, but it DID! so I have been handling the whole situation myself with my bank to get the money back, for almost two weeks. they didn't even apologize!!! what kind of low service is that??? and when I finally got the money back on my account (after numerous emails/calls with my bank) and have let them know, they simply answered that they are glad to hear that! well that is super awesome! bravo! keep doing your job the way you do. but you just lost one of your very good customers. that's for sure.

We’ve been buying perfume, soaps and shower gel from this brand for 6/7 years .
Recommend to people and good customers of their shop in Jaffa.
My sister got me a hottie of rosemary & lemon scent a few months ago .
When I used it , there was barely a trace of the scent .
My sister returned the bottle to the shop on her next visit .
They couldn’t care less about their customers.
No exchange, they said we’ll send it back to the lab and let you know !!!!!
Haven’t heard a word since then .
We’ve spent thousands of ponds on their products and this is how we’re treated .
Such a shame became I love their products.
Hate their (lack of ) service.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately do not recommend anymore to anyone. Be aware this is NOT the same quality the brand used to be years ago. Be aware the samples of perfume you test in the shop in Jaffa are NOT the same you get in your bottle. Once I opened it back at home there is hardly any perfume in it, and if there is any - smells very cheap. This is simply not honest, guys. The shower gels hardly have any scent, this is a very cheap product of lowest quality possible. Shame on you. I would go back to return it, but knowing how rude the staff in the shop is, I rather spare myself nerves and JUNK it. This brand is over for me forever or until you rethink your business model and return to honesty and quality.

Très bon accueil….boutique avec un aspect vieillot qui convient bien à l’image de cette marque. Par contre très déçu des parfums qui ne tiennent pas……..il faut en mettre beaucoup et renouveler souvent……dommage……..ne n’y retournerai pas !

Although this brand has great products it seems that customer service is a Word unknown to the CEO or the staff…
Reading all the comments below I suggest that instead of apologising you look up in the dictionary what customer service means!!!!
I bought products in March wanted to return them because they were not what I was looking for and I was asked for a receipt which I was not given and on top of that it was suggested that I google the company policy in order to translate them from Hebrew to English as they are written on the invisible receipt which I never received and on the website which is only in Hebrew.
Furthermore after making several phone calls and waiting for a customer service call back which never occurred I had the pleasure of speaking with the CEO which apparently has no knowledge of customer service and no knowledge of marketing because the company policy is no testers and you must return the product within 12 days of course all that is written in Hebrew and if you don’t read it well tough for you….
In other words the lady I spoke with on the phone plainly told me to F…O if I didn’t like her rules and that’s the way it is!!!!
Mr Zelinsky or Mr Rosen I strongly suggest you look at your company policy again and learn that despite your product if the customer service which is more than dreadful continues it might spread around
I am sure you can do much better than that and perhaps start by translating your website to many languages print whatever is needed to be printed on your receipt or make a poster in your store with the store policy and make sure to get the customers receipts in order for them to be able to return the product although we do live overseas and will never make it anyway
