Don’t go to Hybe Insight The Daydreamer! It’s a scam. You only see the same photo’s again and again in different spaces. Totally different from the other Hybe experience. It’s like paying money to go in to the merchandise shop. Photo’s are so simple, nothing special. We were so disappointed! It was a waste of money. You’re also not allowed to take pictures and videos.

As someone who had now gone 3 times I must say it's actually very easy to get tickets now that it's in interpark. You've never been able to buy it from Hybe directly as it's where the artist work etc, so would be an inconvenience for them as they carry on with their day. When it was on the hybe insight app it was one ticket only. You also needed a weverse account that they matched it to because they would put your username on the id card. On interpark you can actually buy up to 2 tickets. Just make an interpark account look up hybe and click the number of tickets and make a payment. It's very simple.
Always be on time, as they have different sessions of groups touring, they will not exchange your time. Plan ahead and always bring your ID, as with most places when you pick up tickets you need identity verification.
Additionally, as it is Korea we cannot expect there to be fluent English speakers but there is an English option to listen to of the tour with your headphones as you walk around or captions dependingon the art on display.
Lastly, there has always been a no photo policy in specific areas that are frequently changed for when different artists are presenting. Treat it as a private art show. Those photos you see online have been captured illegally that is why you see some of them. It's a really cool experience which is why I go often. BUT come prepared, be on time, and go with the flow. You must book in advance as there are multiple artists in HYBE so many fans will want to go.

I was soooo excited to go and see Daydream Believers knowing that I’d see BTS related items. But having gone, I’m in a state of SHOCK, in a very bad way.
There are only 2 floors. Divide the very small floor with 5 of HYBE most popular groups. TXT, Enhyphen, SEVENTEEN, BTS, le sserafim. For seeing 2 large photos of each member & the props they used. And some film where you expose it yourself. Only one film for each member.
So, All in all, I saw 3 new photos of EACH MEMBER for 72000 won & $83 AUD. Oh and we got one photo card with our entrance ticket. What the heck! I demand a refund. Don’t go, it’s a rip off! On the 1st floor are some gimmicks where you can expose a members film. There was a section of how the makeUp table looks like. BOOOORING.
Then, up to the 2nd floor. As I mentioned, divide the floor into 5 groups plus a section to write a note to the group of your choice. So, divide it into 6 sections of a very small floor space. Once you go to your 1/6 allocated BTS space, there’s only 2 large photos of each member plus the props is ALL YOU GET, for 72000 won and $83 AUD! Listen to me, don’t go. Unless you only want to see 3 new photos of BTS.plus the MERCHANDISE STORE had very few items only

I visit Korea because I am an Army of BTS. Last time, Korea has never been my travel list. Now I visit 3 times a year And each visit to will come here.

My friend and I (both ARMY) were excited to visit the museum, as when it opened, there were interactive parts and people were taking loads of pictures. When we went for the Proof exhibit, there was NO PART of the exhibit where photos were allowed, let alone video, except for the entrance where they have a picture of each BTS member.
They allow you 80 minutes to look, but we finished it in 40 minutes. The exhibition has their Dior outfits, a section with photos from their different eras, dance practice videos (most of which are on YouTube), a section with photos taken by the members or staff, rooms with mini versions of their MV props like the carousel from Spring Day, the angel from Blood, Sweats and Tears, the tree from Spring Day, and it ends with a short video from their last concert.
You get 1 free photocard from the vending machine. For the photobooth, you have to buy their special edition of Proof, and provide the receipt to use it... If you already have the Proof album, this feels like a real cash Grab from Hybe.
They do have a small display of the different artists under HYBE, but NewJeans was missing. Gfriend also had minimal presence.
The gift shop is TERRIBLE. We went in expecting to be able to buy past albums, photocards, or a Bangtan Bomb, but no, the majority of the items have HYBE on them... Come on, we want BTS merch, not HYBE merch. The BTS merch was limited to the Proof special edition, the Proof photocards, Euphoria room spray, and not much else. I wanted to buy Seventeen merch as well since it's Hybe, but there wasn't anything. The 'upcycled' fabric keychains that are meant to represent each group are really ugly and don't have any connection to the groups. It's just fabric in plastic.
Hybe is too greedy, and it was seriously disappointing compared to the BTS pop-up stores.

I booked the reservation for 4 ppl for time slot at 3pm. Arrive at 3.15 since the taxi was having a hard time finding the building. Was not allowed entrance due to the policy. Staff was so rude and didnt allowed us in although I mention its okay to cut my 2 hr slot. Not recommended to tourist. Such an absurd policy- been to even more famous museum never has this kind of arrangement. Not recommended to go. This place just wants your money!

So, we’re in Korea and planned to go to Hybe Insight. I agree with one of the reviewers that booking tickets was painful, worse than booking concert tickets.
The process of the place, itself, is worse than concerts. Basically, you pay KRW22,000 per person to reserve a 2-hour slot. Unfortunately, our cab driver got lost, traffic was heavy and it was Christmas Day. We were 20 minutes late and found out their grace period is only 10 minutes. I do not understand AT ALL why they wouldn’t let us nside anymore when we have PAID FOR our 2-hour slot. No apologies. Just a shrug and “it’s our policy”.
What’s the point of that policy? No one even bothered to explain. That’s just why how they make money.
Worse, when our group was discussing it, their staff told us to get out because we can’t stay there. So rude. 😡
Inconsiderate company that does not care about fans. No, I do not recommend this place at all.

Very inconsiderate. We couldnt get a taxi even with hour allotted time from nearby hotel. our slot time 4:30 -6:30 pm prepaid. we arrived 4:50pm. didnt allow us inside because their policy is only 10 mins late. option is to rebook another time and pay again or book again for time we were there but miss out on the shops and some experiences.
it is ok to miss out on some because we were late. but to rebook and pay again??

If you are a K pop fans, especially BTS, you should definitely visit the museum. At first I thought it is only like a gallery with some pictures, I am definitely wrong. There are also motions with other stuffs you may never seen and won’t able to see outside. You may also see ppl post on social media, however, there are some sections are photos and video prohibited. This is why you need to go check out some cool stuffs!

Visited with my daughter(teen), we are both Army (BTS fans) so I have to clarify that this review is about the experience and NOT about BTS.
Booking the tickets was PAINFUL - well beyond buying concert tickets, well beyond that! One would think you can buy them at HYBE, where the exhibition is held, but no, you need to find your way around Interpack. With help from friends and a lot of patience (you can buy only one ticket against an email registration!) and if for different reasons you cant pay - like ‘cause they actually don’t have tickets for the chosen date/time slot, but don’t tell you, you could be locked in circles for hours!
Your tickets are only claimable against passport/driving license and are NON TRANSFERABLE to later time if you turn up without these form of ID.
Staff speak limited English, be prepared to confirm with staff a few times and make sure you remember the name of the person you speak with.
The exhibition includes som very cool pictures, plus two iconic outfit groups and a few iconic set props. You can see a lot of training videos (most available in YouTube!).
No photos or videos allowed inside. A bit strange as I saw only a few images I haven’t seen before or have myself.
The shop was maybe the biggest disappointment - the selection of merch was really small!! Highlights was a tape and instant coffee ending machine!
MASSIVE shout to one of the guys tho, James, he was amazing!! Absolute highlight of the visit experience!
