É um óptimo local para descansar e apreciar alguns dos pratos locais, em particular as maravilhosas ostras. Há também a possibilidade de fazer passeios de barco e conhecer a cidade de Aveiro que é a nossa Veneza... Aconselho a que contacte directamente a Ostraveiro pois é possível que estejam encerrados na época de Inverno. Espero que tenha um experiencia tão boa ou melhor que a que eu tive. Hello Din, In my opinion the best time to visit Ostraveiro and have a wonderful experience is in the months of June, July and August. The weather is hot or warm and allows you to have extensive experiences in the Aveiro lagoon (Ria de Aveiro). At Ostraveiro you can take boat trips and enjoy typical food, in particular, wonderful oysters. You can also visit the city of Aveiro which is considered the Portuguese Venice. The city has fabulous architecture, great restaurants, an open-air shopping center, etc. You can walk along the river and see how friendly Portuguese people are. If you contact Ostraveiro directly they will tell you how to get from the Central Train Station to the Boarding Pier, but you can always take a taxi because the distance between them is very short.
