Great service...on time...no mider on pick up or drop off...clear instructions were to meet(Airport) and drop of(Airport)....no hidden charges...10/10 all round plus Rui is a really nice guy...100% use again

Cannot explain how stress free our car rental with Nice Rent has been.
We booked three cars for our family holiday and all were in great condition. We were greeted at the arrivals by staff members who had our names on a printed board, cars were parked right outside the airport and as we had the full insurance we did not need to worry about the usual faff of photos of any incidental damage in the cars (of which there was none).
Drop off was even easier, we drove to the departures drop off zone right at the airport entrance and handed the keys over to the staff.

Rui at Nice Rent is incredibly kind and a pleasure to rent from. The cars are in excellent shape, clean and they have fair prices. We will only rent from Nice Rent in the Algarve. Rui is a lovely human being and there is a genuine reason for all of their five star reviews.

Believe all the reviews you've read! This is really the friendliest, most courteous, efficient car rental company you will come across, anywhere. Personal service the whole way. could not be bettered!!!

I hired a car through Nice Rent after reading the reviews on here and we were not disappointed! The service and the car were both first class. The chilled bottles of water in the car on arrival at Faro airport were a nice touch. Can't fault them! We will definitely use Nice again on our return to Faro.

Super vriendelijk en duidelijk personeel. Auto was schoon en modern. We kregen tips over het rijden in Portugal en ook tips voor leuke plekken. Ze haalden de auto op bij het hotel en het ging net zo makkelijk als onze eerste keer huren bij Nice Rent, wat ook een aangename verassing was. Daarbij zijn de prijzen ook schappelijker dan andere bedrijven. Als ik ooit in Portugal kom zal ok nooit ergens anders een auto huren.

Great company to deal with, they meet you in arrivals and then on your return at departures, no queing in long queues and then being intimated into taking extra insurance, family run and lovely people to deal with

Can only confirm all the previous 5* reviews. Excellent experience from start to finish. No pressure to buy extras and car was immaculate. Only issue was a flat battery in the key fob after a few days and even when we got into the car it wouldn’t start. A phone call to the owner resulted in a replacement key within the hour so we could return to our hotel. Otherwise it was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car at Faro airport.

Fijne communicatie met Nice rent, snelle reactie via mail. Bij aankomst op Faro vliegveld stonden ze ons al op te wachten. Wij hadden de auto allrisk verzekert dus konden snel onze weg vervolgen. Het kastje in de auto voor de tol wegen is erg handig. Ruim een maand later werd het bedrag van de tol afgeschreven. Bedrag klopte met wat wij hadden genoteerd. Ook kun je bij bepaalde parkeergarage met het kastje parkeren. Wij hadden een Fiat panda die er top en schoon uitzag. In de auto een lekker geurtje en twee koude flesje water. Bij terugkeer 15 min van te voren bellen en ze staan op het vliegveld om de auto in ontvangst te nemen. De volgende keer huren wij weer bij Nice rent.

Paying with debit card don't have credit card is this an issue ...CDw excess is very high is there a way to reduce this ?

Hi Jan I also pay on debit card and it's never been an issue also I've not needed the excess so it's not been an issue might be worth speaking to the rental company direct if you have an issue with it
