Positiv:
+ gute Einweisung vom Instructor, alle sprechen gutes Englisch
+ freundlich
+ gut zu finden anhand der Strandhäuschen - Nummer (7)
+ gute Ausrüstung
+ Aktivität selbst macht Spaß ! :-)

Negativ:
- Wir konnten wegen organisatorischen Problemen seitens des Veranstalters erst 1,5h später als verabredet starten
- Der Instructor vergaß, mir eine Schwimmweste anzulegen (wurde nach Aufforderung nach einigen Minuten im Wasser nachgeholt)
- Der Begleitung ist es nicht möglich, mit dem zweiten Instructor mitzufahren, um zuzuschauen. (Dass meine Begleitung vom Strand aus nichts sehen konnte, ist jedoch vor allem dem schlechten Wetter zu verschulden, für das der Veranstalter selbstverständlich nichts kann.)
-Die Fotos bzw. GoPro Videos sind mit 20€ (nur Foto oder nur kurze Videosequenzen) bzw 30€ (Foto und kurze Videosequenzen) vor allem für die schlechte Qualität sehr teuer. Dadurch, dass man bzw die Begleitung keine Fotos machen darf, ist man quasi „gezwungen“ sie zu kaufen. Zumindest ein Foto hätte im Preis enthalten sein können.

I was in touch with the guy who owns "Flightboard Portugal" and I was expressing my desire to try this exciting sport.
He then sent me an attachment with his bank details but because it was in their homeland language, my accountant couldn't understand the file.
I then asked the owner to send me an email with his bank account in order to make the payment. Despite explaining to this caracter the reason, he sent me back to the sheet he sent me and then he said "Bye sir".
We were chatting on a Saturday afternoon in a full sezon in Portugal and it is clear to me his business is not doing very well if he treats his future customers like this.
The reviews are from 2015 and it is very unlikely he takes seriously what means a "customer service".

Hello sir, my name is Joao and im the owner if the company. To start you never talked with me, and yes i know what happend and have the copy of the 8 messages that you sended us ( all asking the same thing and all of them where answered by the staf with all the information) The banck details you received are not from my account but the company account, and if your accountant cant read the words iban and swift then you should probably change accountant. And to finish i would like to thank you for showing me how good my staff is that in hi season and with all the work they have, they still had the patience to deal with someone like yourself that clearly as nothing better to do then play with people that is working, before they tell you "good bye sir" Thank you and im sorry for my English.

Flyboarding is Fun!

Flyboarding for the first time with Joao at Flyboard Portugal was certainly one of the highlights of my trip. The experience is exhilarating and fun. You are in good hands with Joao who is a mechanical engineer by training and has a real passion for teaching this sport. He was patient and always made safety a top priority (the sport is very safe). Learning was much easier than I expected. It just takes a little balance. I thought it was a great value f

What an experience, a must try!!
Have you seen Iron Man when he first tries his jet boots - in my head this was what i imagined it would feel like. AND IT DID!!! booked this on a whim but its just such a fantastic experience. the sport itself is really good fun, easy to pick up and you get a real buzz getting well above the water.

Added to this is Joao and the way he teaches. really funny, calming and so knowledgeable....he made a great experience unforgettable!! This is a must try sport and these are the people to try it with!!!

Amazing experience, wanted to try once ended up booking 2hrs over 3 days!

Flyboard Portugal offer a very professional and safe service Joao is a great teacher and makes the whole learning process fun and very safe, giving you the confidence you need to have some fun.

I would recommend this to a wide range of people, it really isn't hard and can be picked up much quicker than snowboarding for example. After 15 minutes I could stand up and buy the end of my 2 hrs I was dolphin diving and having a lot of fun.

My fiancé also did an hour (2 half hour sessions) and again had lots of fun and picked it up really quickly.

I am completely hooked and can't wait to try again.

Personnel très accueillant et aimable .
Déroulement:
Après avoir mis la combinaison et le gilet de sauvetage, on nous dirige vers un bateau qui nous emmène sur la zone au large de la plage où on s'essaye au Flyboard.
Il nous installe sur la planche et nous donne des conseils pratiques puis après quelques essais dans l'eau, c'est parti pour le premier "vol" .
Tout au long le moniteur nous corrige afin d'en faire le mieux possible .. Et voler le plus haut possible !
C'est une très bonne expérience qui vaut le détour !

my wife and I reasently went to alberfera for our second time this year and was had a ball. There was a lot of hens and stags but it was the new town. It did make us laugh a lot watch and hearing what they got up to. There wad plenty of other bars etc. to go to away for the madness.
ot was are second time there and we would go back again.
