Good option for a family friendly float down the Athabasca river. Hinton pick-up which is handy if you are staying nearby. Very friendly staff. Very safe.

My wife and I live in Hinton and had family over from Denmark, we all really enjoyed the trip. I have rafted many times before between Athabasca falls and Hinton but the others in our group had not and this was a perfect introduction for them. We enjoyed a nice trip from Brule to Hinton ,saw some wildlife and enjoyed the sites. Our guide and all staff were very helpful and informative. Was a fun day and encourage other to try it out !

This float rafting excursion ticks a lot of boxes #1 Convenient pick up and drop off with excellent parking and changing room facilities (from the Travel Alberta Visitor Information Centre with compliments of the centres public washroom facilities and spaces) #2 Easy tour bookings via their webpage or by phone (you can even book a tour through the VIC and have them pick you up right there!) #3Really great prices (and seasonal discounts)...check out their bonus adventures throughout the season (raft & draught, kayaking, Brewery bus tours and wildlife tours!) #4 AMAZING views and vistas and a really generous 3 hours floating on the majestic Athabasca River...this is really an all ages activity to be enjoyed. Thanks Chris and Crew for your professionalism and enthusiasm with our group this year..we loved the experience to the MAX!

We were lucky That they agreed to take us on a trip even though we were only 3 people: my husband, my daughter and myself. We went into the water after about 15 min drive and got wetsuits, shoes and lifejackets.
I liked the trip at 4 Pm because the light is very beautiful at the end. The rafting is very easy, there are hardly any rapids so No flipping over... iT is very quiet and beautiful. We went swimming twice and saw deer and an eagle on the way.
The only downside is That they asked 25 dollars for the pictures in the end. We paid the amount but in other trips pics or video is included in the price. Otherwise iT should be clear upfront and we could have taken Some pictures ourselves.

Loved this trip! Nice float trip. Great for all ages, even had a three year old on the trip and some seniors. Saw deer, bald eagles great blue heron. Very knowledgable guides and felt very safe during the trip. Will do again!

Awesome adventure down the Athabasca river! Excellent and knowledgeable crew, guides Connor and Quinn, bus driver Henry make for a interesting and fun filled float with great conversation, facts about local history and points of interest. Great activity for all ages! Can't wait to do it again

A wonderful river float trip for people of all ages! Well trained guides, excellent gear and lots of fun for our crew - youngest was 3! Beautiful river and views! An easy mid-day or afternoon adventure in the Hinton area. We all had so much fun on this gentle float on the Athabasca river with the mountains in the background. Wear your sunscreen & Chris & crew take care of the rest! Hope to do it again one day soon!
