The service was awful- IT WAS POOR. Had to wait LITERALLY over 1 hour to be served food . Mind you reservations were made for 12 pm. We were on time. Persons came afterwards....and were served !
When my food finally came it was not hot and had to return it.

We visited after seeing the farm and café featured on a BBC tv series. The food was delicious and a good change to the usual Bajan offerings - which are also nice btw. The service was ok. We were given a warm smile and greeting by the chef in the kitchen as we entered however one of the waiting ladies was far from warm. A service charge of 12% does take a bit to swallow when you aren’t made to feel very welcome.

Had breakfast here for my mom’s birthday. The fish toast is our favorite but we also enjoyed the cassava pancakes, sausage, chips and soursop juice. The food was fresh and the menu is unique. You cannot get a similar dining experience anywhere in Barbados. Service was absolutely warm and welcoming. Being on the farm, enjoying the country air and the views made it the perfect start to the morning. I’ll definitely be back to try the lunch menu.

We really enjoyed our time at Peg. It is an absolutely gorgeous spot. I particularly enjoyed the medicinal herb section and got to see patchouly growing for the first time ever. The pigs and cows and chickens were cool and we saw some wild monkeys and mongoose. We had lunch at the café and were disappointed that they did not have the burgers which we had seen an Instagram post about and looked amazing. The food we got was just OK but as I said, the burgers looked amazing so we were disappointed.

We came across PEG when we lost our way in Barbados after a few surprising road closures. We stopped for lunch and had a fabulous meal. The food is tasty and the staff are exceptional. You need a car to get there but it is worth stopping for lunch there.

Sadly the weather was terrible on the day we went so we only ate. A ‘rustic’ cafe with what I assume would normally be great views. We shared the hummus which was amongst the best ever. We then had the fish salad which was delicious. The service at times was slow and uncoordinated but this added to the style of the cafe.

What a special place. The food is DIVINE. the service as excellent as you come to expect here in Barbados. And it's really special to walk through the farm to see the jungle and ocean views, and learn about the native healing plants in the mini botanical garden. 100% recommend making the trip. Booking is essential!

Stunning views of the east coast from the edge of the farm. The cafe was not open on the day we were there but we had a lovely long walk around the property. Beautiful farm. Saw cows, pigs, goats, chickens, peacocks and Guinea fowl.

We've had several meals at "nice" restaurants where we felt the food didn't rise to the level of the final bill total. This was the opposite. The Farm House restaurant is located within PEG Farm and Nature Reserve, right next to a private elementary school, overlooking rolling fields and nature. The staff was extremely nice and attentive, the music was great and not too loud, and the food was not only totally original and very different from what we're used to, but also scrumptious. We will go again if time permits, as this was by far the best eating (we went for brunch) experience we had on the island. Service was a bit slow but I think we were a bit early for the local habits.

What a beautiful place. Don't think twice and just go. I went with my wife on Tuesday and it was closed unfortunately but the chef (Nathan) asked us to sit and cooked 2 amazing meals for us followed by a lemon grass cake. Every bite of the food was heavenly. Though the place is a bit difficult to reach, it is truly worth the effort.
