One cannot deny that Cuba with its natural beauty, textured history, rich tapestry of culture and warm hospitality will delight most travellers, but what made it particularly memorable for us was knowing that Jorge and his team of local travel experts were guiding us during our stay. While we had arranged our own accommodation, Jorge planned out our local itineraries in Havana, Cienfuegos and Trinidad with transportation in between these places as well as airport transfers and our drive to Varadero.
Our guides (Elena in Havana; Bilquis in Cienfuegos; Anya and Rynell in Trinidad) were incredibly personable and extremely knowledgeable. They took great pride in sharing their local history and always welcomed our questions. They were attentive, accommodating, resourceful, informative and engaging, which made for some great conversations. Last, but certainly, not in the least, we have to commend Jorge. His planning and organization met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Here's why:
Customized:
The itinerary was customized to our requests, and even allowed time for self-exploration. Jorge was also flexible with changes to ensure we were comfortable during our visit.
Professional:
All service providers were professional, courteous and always on time.
Variety of experiences:
Our itinerary offered a range of entertainment, history, culture and gastronomy. (We even enjoyed a cooking lesson one afternoon!)
Safety and time-saving:
We felt safe and didn't waste any time trying to figure out where to visit or how to get there because Jorge and his team had organized everything. Saving valuable time while on vacation is certainly a huge benefit.
What more can one ask for?! Jorge and his team added the "wow" factor to our vacation. Based on our experience therefore, we highly recommend visiting Cuba, and if you are planning your vacation there, you definitely ought to contact Jorge to plan a memorable visit for yourself too! We had an amazing bike tour in Viñales!! Our guide Raymond showed us a lot! We went by bike and not only the tourist places but also the real part of Cuba. When you plan to go biking ask for Raymond

We were referred to Jorge Cuba Holidays by a friend who booked 2 walking tours with him in 2016. She had told us how great the lady tour guide was with them. We booked our Havana walking tour through Jorge and he sent us Elena as our tour guide and she was also amazing. This is a private tour, NOT a group tour so it is based on what we wanted to see. She explain things about Havana's 'family shopping' and about the maternity building, the squares and the Plazas. She took us on the Presidents train and much more. There was no time limit for our walking tour. We did the walking tour for 3.5 hours but then it was getting very hot and we were tired. When we go back we will book again to finish the areas that we did not get to! Well worth the money as it was very interesting... Learnt much about Cuba. Thank you Jorge and Elena!!!
