We would like to clarify that a private tour is only organized when the minimum number of participants for a group tour is not reached. In the case of the *Tour Maravilha Verde*, the minimum required is two people. On this day, there were no other clients available to form a group. If we had more participants, we would certainly have organized the group tour, as we have done with thousands of clients over the years. Our priority is always to provide authentic experiences that connect people to the local nature and culture, not just money, that anyone can do, not us!
According to Cláudia's feedback, the tour was adjusted to her preferences, allowing her enough time for photos and changes of clothes at places of interest. For a more personalized and flexible experience, we believe that the private tour was well adapted to your pace and expectations.
Regarding payment, please note that our policy is simple: we accept card payments in the store from Monday to Saturday, while on Sundays, since our office is closed, we only accept cash. At the end of the visit, the customer is always free to choose their preferred payment method within these conditions..
We would like to better understand your concerns about our communication and the reason you mentioned contacting the police, since the activity was carried out according to your expectations and payment was only made after we finished the tour.
